I know it can be a bit challenging trying to figure out what to eat between meals and if you're like me, I easily get bored with meals and like to switch things up every now and then to keep my diet interesting. With that said, I thought I'd share a few of my own personal snack options to help assist you with your own meal planning...stay tuned for more snack options in future blog posts:
A piece of fruit and a handful of nuts
Rice cakes and almond butter
Triscuits, a turkey stick and cheese string
Yogurt and sunflower-seeds.
