Weight Loss Tip: Choose a Diet that You Can Stick to Long-term

In the two years that I've experimented with various diets, the biggest lesson I've learned when it comes to diet and weight loss is to choose a diet that's realistic for you and one that you can stick to long-term.  One's diet should really steer them towards building life-long, healthy and sustainable habits.
