Go Ahead and Track it!

One of the ways I've always kept myself accountable to staying on track with my weight loss efforts is by tracking it in a small, handy-dandy, yearly planner. It's a great tool to not only track my progress, but keep me motivated in staying on course with my weight loss goals.
