On the topic of fitness DVD's, I was reading through a friends blog when I came across her review of Chalene Johnson's, "Hip Hop Hustle" and of course I had to youtube a sample video to see what all the rave was about. Yeah, my personal opinion: Chalene seriously needs to stick to her Turbojam.
