The Truth About Sugar



According to an research in Gillian Mkeith's, "Women's Health" book, " Sugar has no essential nutrients.  It provides a short-term boost of energy through the body, but the inevitable blood-sugar low that follows can cause irritability, poor concentration, a foggy head and depression".
