I Can Make You Thin-Paul McKenna

Don't know how many of you saw Dr. Oz the other day, but the latest rave both in the UK and here the North America is Paul McKenna new revolutionary system using the power of Hypnosis.  Referred to as the Dr. Phill of the UK, Paul has "helped millions of people successfully quit smoking, lose weight, overcome insomnia, eliminate stress, and increase self-confidence" using popular hypnosis techniques.  And now with his latest, "I Can Make You Thin", Paul's interactive program is geared to help you lose weight by using his self-prescribed techniques on your own.

I'm not quite sure what to think about Paul's program, as it seems a little too good to be true, but after reading several reviews on-line, it may appear that Paul's on to something here.  Out of the how many reviews I read last night, 97% of the people who bought his book swear that his program works and they have lost a significant amount of weight since being on the program.

So what do you think as a reader?  Does this program seem legit or is it just another fad?

The Truth About Sugar

According to an research in Gillian Mkeith's, "Women's Health" book, " Sugar has no essential nutrients.  It provides a short-term boost of energy through the body, but the inevitable blood-sugar low that follows can cause irritability, poor concentration, a foggy head and depression".

Elizabeth Hassleback's Cover Girl for Oxygen Magazine

Imagine my surprise when I received this month's copy of Oxygen magazine and realized that Elizabeth Hassleback from the View was featured as this months cover girl.  I knew the girl was a hardcore fitness machine in the gym, but didn't realize that her hard work and determination would land her a cover feature in Oxygen.

I saw a feature of Elizabeth's fitness routine on the View a couple of months ago, and was blown away by her dedication to the gym.  For someone who has three kids, a professional career, and other responsibilities, I don't know how she's able to fit in a solid hour at the gym on a daily basis.  There's a little motivation to all the hardworking mothers out there!

Way to go Elizabeth!

Your Stomach Shouldn't Be A Waste Basket

I've been seeing this ad pop on popular social media sites as of late, and I just LOVE it.  If only I could take the message to heart:
